By subscribing to or using any part of these services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our accompanying Privacy Policy.

1. Definitions

"You" / "User" refers to any individual accessing or using the services.

"We" / "Us" / "Our" refers to AdBlazt LLC, including PerfectWeek.pro and www.20Funnels.com.

"Content" means any materials provided through our services, including text, images, videos, audio, templates, funnels, scripts, dashboards, and AI tools.

"Your Content" refers to any information you input or provide for funnel customization or use.

"Third-Party Content" refers to external resources or services we integrate or reference.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. By creating an account or subscribing, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Usage & Responsibility

Access is limited to paying subscribers, Maxus Realty Group team members, and official mentees of Fernando Herboso.

You agree to provide accurate and legal information during account setup.

You are personally accountable for your use of the system and must not share login details or content access links with any third party.

You must notify us of any legal claims related to your use or content immediately.

4. Intellectual Property & Usage Restrictions

All content provided by us is the intellectual property of AdBlazt LLC and is protected under U.S. copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.

Reproduction, resale, modification, adaptation, or redistribution of any part of the system is strictly prohibited.

No printing, sharing, or public distribution of our worksheets, dashboards, scripts, or other materials is permitted.

You may not use the system to create a competing product or training system.

Violators are subject to account termination and legal action.

5. Refund Policy & Termination

This is a non-refundable program due to its nature as a structured personal challenge. Ensure you are ready before subscribing.

In rare emergency cases, participation may be paused at our discretion.

We reserve the right to terminate any account at any time for any reason, including violations of these Terms.

6. AI-Powered Tools Disclaimer

Some features utilize AI (including GPT-based technology). These tools are offered as productivity support. Accuracy is not guaranteed. Use them as guidance, not as definitive advice.

7. Leaderboard & Public Wins Disclosure

As part of our engagement system, we may display public rankings using your first name and the first initial of your last name (e.g., "Maria G.").

By joining, you agree to allow us to display your non-personal identifiers for rankings.

You also grant permission for us to share your progress, wins, and testimonials publicly (e.g., in social media posts or promotional materials). You may request anonymity by writing to us directly.

8. Security

We strive to protect your information, but no system is 100% secure. Report unauthorized access or suspicious behavior immediately.

9. Suggestions & Feedback

Any feedback, ideas, or improvements submitted by you may be used by us without restriction or compensation.

10. Payment & Transactions

You authorize us to process your payment via trusted third-party processors. All billing data must be accurate. Fraudulent transactions will be investigated and canceled.

11. Third-Party Links & Integrations

We may include links or references to third-party platforms. Use them at your own risk. We are not responsible for their content or services.

12. Indemnification

You agree to hold AdBlazt LLC, its affiliates, employees, and representatives harmless from any claims or legal actions arising from your use of the services.

13. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or personal injury. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you during your active subscription.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any legal disputes shall be handled in courts located in Montgomery County, Maryland.

15. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms as needed. Continued use of the system constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. You will be notified via email of any major changes.
